Our employees are all experienced and knowledgeable and can answer questions about
spoilers, as well as provide shipment tracking information. Related technical questions
are also always welcome-we will assist you as best we can.
Our color code library is at your disposal. If you have trouble
finding the color code of your vehicle, in most cases we can establish it over the
phone.
We employ several specialists in our local installation division.
Should you have a technical question when installing your spoiler, we are able to
respond quickly.

Return Policy

All Spoilerdepot products are manufactured to the highest degree
of quality and backed by our industry leading Warranty on Paint and Manufacturing.
If your spoiler arrives with SHIPPING DAMAGE, CALL US IMMEDIATELY at
. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL THE SPOILER.
we will promptly recover the damaged item from you and send you a replacement.
Customers wishing to return a spoiler for a non-warranty related
reason can do so in the folling manner: Customer must call our Customer Service
at
in order to be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA)#. Spoilers shipped without
a clearly marked RMA# will be refused upon delivery. Customer is responsible for
shipping the item to our warehouse address provided by our Customer Service Dept.
Spoiler must be in its original packaging, with all original components,
and with a clearly visible RMA #. IMPORTANT: Be careful to package the spoiler exactly
as you received it. If the spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our facility, the
shipper is responsible for damages. Make sure to FULLY INSURE the shipment for the
amount you paid for it. We also recommend that you keep the tracking number associated
with your shipment for reference purposes.
Our RMA department will conduct an inspection on the spoiler
within 48 business hours. If the spoiler is determined to be intact and unused,
we will refund you the full value of the unpainted spoiler, minus a 20% restocking
fee. The restocking fee is accessed to recover costs such as credit card fees(5-8%
of invoice amount, boxes, and packaging that cannot be reused) If any original hardware
is missing, an additional $20 will be deducted from the refund amount.If you paid
via check or cash, a refund check will be mailed within 7 business days.
IMPORTANT: Painted spoilers are not returnable.
Merchandise can only be returned after 30 days for warranty purposes
with a valid RMA#.

Our product line includes spoilers from many manufacturers and
each one has their own recomended installation proceedures. If you have any specific
installation questions, please call or email us and we can certainly provide answers
to assure the success of even the trickiest installation. If you choose to have
your spoiler professionally installed, you can have them call us and we will be
glad to "walk" them through any situation.

Spoilerdepot only sells high quality products from carefully
selected leading aftermarket manufacturers. Spoilerdepot makes no warrant expressed
or implied, and any implied warrant of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose is hereby disclaimed by Spoilerdepot and excluded from any agreement made
by acceptance of any order pursuant to this quotation. Spoilerdepot neither assumes
nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other liability in connection with
the sale of its product.
